Final Post

A couple weeks ago, Mr. Jabiz give us G.doc document about UOI. That is I can choose any topic I want about my curiosity, So I make animation.

In week one I'm doing knowledge. Knowledge is search information about my project. So the first one I search 3-5 website I can use to make animation and find a youtube video explaining basic flipbook. Also I find 2 example of animation I love. You can see my knowledge, with opening this link.

In week two, after I'm doing knowledge and now I'm doing comprehension. Comprehension is understanding something. In comprehension the first step is to make Imovie to explain what flipbook is and compare two method of making one. Then describe everything I will need to start. You can see my comprehension, with opening this link.

In week three, before I'm doing analysis, I'm doing application that is to do something. I really like week three because this is the first time I make animation. In analysis the first step is show how to use animation -ish home (this is the application I use to know more about it click here) and complete a short 10 second animation. You can see my application, with opening this link.

In this week that is week four, I'm doing analysis. Analysis is looking closely. In analysis the first step explaining why we create animation and make a poster for animation.

Why do we create animation?

We create animation because human beings need something new there are many important reasons why we create animation.

We create animation to explore imagination and get pleasure for our self and other people. Making animation can help us expressing anything in our mind
In my mind we express a girl that pulls the board in the dangerous mountain, then finally she died.

Making animation can make other people entertained. I usually make funny animation that can make me and other people entertained. I choose the example of animation; “Happy Tree Friend” that has inspirited me in making animation about the girl pulling the board in the dangerous mountain that finally died.

There are still many other advantages of making animation like avoiding boring when we always watch a film or cinema that just be acted by human being. With animation, we can watch a film that be acted by the picture but it look like human being. For the example of animation is “Totally spies” this cartoon is same like real human. This cartoon its about features the adventure and mission of tree teenage spies.

In conclusion, human beings need something new and that is why we create animation.

Final assessment Freak The Mighty

The book Freak The Mighty told about a friendship between Max well  who is an enormous boy with no brain and the writer of  this book , and Kevin who is a genius with morquio syndrome (have very small body). Kevin, helps Max change by making a friendship called Freak the mighty. Max is a silent boy because he had a trauma with his father who has killed his mother, so his grandparents Grim (grandfather) and Gram (Grandmother) never told Max about his father (killer kane).  Everyday he always remember his father killing his mother, that caused  Tony D/Blade always mock him because his father is a killer .Tony always said “Killer kane, Killer kane had a son who got no brain”.

In july 13, Kevin invited max to come firework celebration. Because his mother never let him going to the firework celebration by him self. Therefore, Kevin hoped Max can join him in firework celebration in order to accompany him, So his mother will allow him to go. Finally, Max accept Kevin’s invitation to join firework celebration for helping save Kevin. In firework celebration, Kevin cannot watch firework because his body is very small. So, Max raise him and put on his shoulder so, Kevin can watch firework that he never seen before. after that, Tony D/Blade know that there were Max and Kevin in firework celebration, So Tony D/Blade follow and want to kill them until Max and Kevin must cross the muddy river. Firstly, Max didn’t want to cross the river because he was afraid of being trouble but Kevin believe him to keep cross the muddy river to make them safety from Tony D/Blade. Finally, Tony D/blade cannot follow them until the police come. At that time, Max became a brave man for the first time.

One day, Kevin saw Tony D/blade broke the women’s wallet to the sewer. At night, Kevin went to Max’s room to ask him to investigate and take the women’s wallet that Kevin saw. After they discovered the wallet, Suddenly, Tony D/Blade come there and try to hit them. However, Max can against Tony D/blade until he run away.Then, they give back the wallet to Lorreta. a few days later, Killer Kane kidnapped Max and hostage him in the hotel where Lorreta lived. When Lorreta tried to help Max by pretending give some food to killer Kane, He know that Lorreta tried to untied Max so, Killer Kane chocking Lorreta. Finally, Max fight his father to help Lorreta. That show Max have been a brave man.

In the last night, Max was given an empty book by Kevin to make him express everything in his mind in the book. Tomorrow Kevin died, Max became so sad and uncontrolled him self because Max still want to be with Kevin. However, Max didn’t want to be sad in the long time, he has to have a new spirit to do what Kevin want. Finally, Max became a fluent reader because he tried to read constantly until he became participate in his class by answering his teacher’s question.

Finally, Max became brave person and helpful because of the friendship with Kevin it’s called freak the mighty.

After I'm doing my Final assessment Mr.Jabiz told us that we must choose any chapter in Freak The Mighty book and make a summary. So, I choose chapter 6 because easier that the other. Check it out!

This chapter told about Max and Kevin that became a new friend. At Fourth of July Kevin invited Max to join firework celebration because Kevin was not allowed to go to firework celebration alone. So, Kevin hopes if Max joins firework celebration, his mother will allow him to go there. Kevin was very happy because Max agrees to join with him. However, Grim and Gram was still afraid because Max never goes out without them. Finally, Grim and Gram allowed Max to come there with Kevin because they compassioned with Kevin if he went alone.


When Max and Kevin went to firework celebration and will buy the tickets, they heard there were Tony D/blade voices. Tony D/Blade said to them Frankenstein and Igor that refer to Kevin and Max. Then Kevin was angry and said tony D/Blade as cretin that’s mean a person who suffer from mental deficiency. However Max asked Kevin ignore Tony D/blade and went to look a firework celebration as soon as possible. By the time they were in the firework celebration, Max saw Kevin cannot look the firework, Then Max pick up Kevin and set him on his shoulder finally, Kevin was very happy and shouted every chemical elements that were in the firework like magnesium, potassium chlorate, sulphur and aluminum. At that time, Max just look at Kevin and he was very happy because he know that Kevin was also so happy.

Application

After I finish comprehension, I'm doing application that is must show how to use animation-ish home and complete a short 10 second  animation. So, I make Imovie to explain it. Check this out!

Freak The Mighty : What Is Gonna Happen next !

In my opinion, I think after his father go to his house and grab Max. His father is angry. So, he kidnapped Max and wont to kill him because his father think that Max already die. After his fahter bring him to some place. Suddenly, Lorreta come and give him some pizza, when Lorreta want to see the window, she give Max kind of scissor. That all my opinion..

Changing My Idea

In my last blog post about comprehension in week 4, I will made the project with application name Animation-ish Home this application is easier than Istop motion. But actually, I want to be in tablet that why I choose animation-ish home. Suddenly, Mr.Jabiz help me to do my project from the school now I will do this project with tablet

Freak The mighty

In English class, Mr. Jabiz told us that we must answer one question in gmail that we already write and this the question that I choose " Why Kevin lie about human robot?"

In my opinion, I think Kevin lie because when Kevin in hospital he heard his mother talk with the doctor that he will die soon. Kevin doesn't want make Max sad. So, he lie about it.

Comprehension

After I'm doing my knowledge, I started to comprehension my topic in week 4. firstly, I explain what flipbook is and I compare two methods of making one after that I describe everything I well need to start. So, I make Imovie to explain it. Check this out !

How To Make Simple Animation

In my ESL class now I can choose any topic I want. So, I make animation.  I really like watching animation. It will be cool if I know how to make it. After I choose my topic I write it in Google Docs.

I really confused how to make my animation move. I search website how to make the flip book animation. I got one good website. I think is easy to follow the instruction. Beside in that website, I used the instruction from other source such as this website and this website.

To make easier in making animation I look for youtube that show about how to make a simple animation. Here the video of making a simple animation:

I really want my flipbook noisy and scary because it's amazing, I really like horror anyway. I will make two character the job is eradicate ghost. I will tell you what they doing. So, firstly in my animation they have two character walking in the night, they investigate that some one die. Suddenly, they saw something in tree. he glared with angry face. When they want to open the book, he gone and leaving a message. Okay that's all I want to tell !

Areas Of Interaction (AOI)

Today, we made AOI poster. I made this as a group with Nabila and gaby . In AOI have 5 part that is Health and social Education, Community and Service, Approaches to learning, environment and human ingenuity. We divided the question , There are 3 question in Environment. Freak the mighty

Today, we read about a book name freak the mighty we read chapter one until two. After that we answer a quiz and make a summary . Check it !!

The narrator of this story is Max. He has grandparent named Grim and Grem.  Max's mom died, so he lives with his grandparent. Max never know his father's name because his grandparent seems scared to tell him about his father's name.

One day, in the day care max meet freak that has other name Kevin. In the first meeting freak called Max "Earthling". Kevin pretended to be robot man in the day care, but Max disagree because Max dislike if he was called as earthling. After that, they didn't meet each other until eight grade.

Learning Styles

Today, in ESL we learn about learning styles it has 3 part of it Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic. Visual learner is we need to see the teacher's body language and facial expression to fully understand the content of the lesson. they may thing in picture and learn best from visual displays. Auditory is listening to what other say, talking things through. But kinesthetic is learn best through a hands on approach, moving, doing and touching. Before we know the meaning of it, we take a quick quiz to know which one is the best that fit on us.

Peace Park Poems Song

Yesterday, I added my poems about peace park. After that I record my sound and send it to sound cloud and after I upload it to sound cloud, I download all my friends sound cloud to edit it in Garage band and added the effect. So check this out !

Community And Freak

Today, in English class we started to read a book about Freak the Mighty. First we must know, what is the meaning of community and freak. Community is a group of people with a same opinion and freak is a people look like a strange and unusual. For me, I think I really want to join community because community have a lot of friend and always join to another friend. For freak I just do it alone and I don't like to talk to anybody .

Explanation About Simple Sentence

Today in ESL class, we learn about simple sentence. Mr. Jabiz told us that we must make explanation about what you learn so far about simple sentence, so I make a simple explanation about it... Lets watching!! I hope you have fun!!!

Edit My Inquirer And The Grammer

Yesterday, in my ESL class now I learn about simple sentence and compound sentence. Simple sentence is a complete though or idea . Simple sentence must have subject, thing, person, place, idea and action. The sentence who have capital letter and full stop in the end. Compound sentence is opposite of fragment is run on sentence two sentences smashed incorrectly.

I think I need to edit my inquirer because I have many mistakes. This is the old one :

I was curious about why people like smoke? and why people make cigarette. I wait 4 years to some one answer it, because I always saw many people smoke and then they have disease, do you think its true? its make harm to your self or your age will be short.

When I go to my grandma house suddenly, in the street is traffic. You can look many people walk and smoke, when I open my car glass I smell the smoke and I cough, its was so creepy.
That is many impact to people like If you smell the smoke you can sick rite?? and smoke can impact too in the world. I always asked to my mom and my dad they just said " it just for fun maybe some one stress and they want don't know what can they do so they do something else"

Some reasons said cigarette can make people do again and again its like if you smoke first time you will get the second time, of course its make you sick to your body. This is the first time I tell you my curious question. I have second question, this is still about smoke, Why they mother agree it?
You know many teenage smoke including a child and the mother agree it, I think its was creepy.

In my English class now we doing about poetry. I think it was really cool, because I like imagine about something happen in this world. Then, I make a book about poetry it's inspired by the book name love that dog. I love this book because it was so funny and amazing.
I make poems about Rhyming Couplet, So much depends, Poetry about peace park, Scaring poem and Haiku poem. Then I search poem about nature, funny poem, haiku, the song about meaning full, puisi Indonesia. After I make the poems and search about it. I make the reflection about my poetry and make reflection by others. I really like when I make a  poem about pets. Okay, lets see my poetry !!

All the color of the flower have special meaning
The  Red flower shows that you are strong of fire and blood, they would be energy, war, danger, straight, and power. The red  flower very emotionally intense color.
The white flower that you are sacred and patient
The pink flower that you are fun and exciting

The Spring by bening-1

 I think the second record of my poem is bad because is not connect with the song. 

Adjective

After all done to do nouns. Mr.Jabiz teach us about adjective, like part of adjective and the meaning of adjective. After we know all about adjective I find that meaning about adjective is the word that describe nouns and I make movie about adjective. Let's watch !

The last step about adjective is answer the question. The first answer is  I think I was successful because I already know about adjective and the steps about where can I make this movie and where can I record this movie,  I think I little like this project because I'm not sure about my face  in my video but if I said the favorite part in my movie is when I tell you about example of adjective and when I added the song of my video.

POETRY

 We are starting to study poetry in my English class and I think it was so exciting because we must imagine what do we think about this poetry. Yesterday, Mr. Jabiz teaches us, that we must  go outside and he gives what we must to do like what do you see in there, hear, what can you feel about it, smell and taste. and He said we can go to anywhere in Peace park.  I'm so happy about it, because everyday we just sit in the room and write in laptop just saw a big walls with a many Poster and book. But now is different. we can saw a big tree with another plant. suddenly I saw a big tractor and I think in my imagination its like a giant machine with a big fork and devil nail.
That's it I finish for now, I will continue later.

THE MISTERY OF INTERNET CAFE

I want to tell you about horror story. This story based on my imagination. So if there were something that similar to your event that's just accidental.
This story begin when a young man named Adam moved to his new apartment. Suddenly he was very bored so he wanted to go to internet cafe near his apartment. When he was chatting In room number 15, there were internet user that sent a message to him. He felt strange because that internet user was without name. The message was, "Help me please, I need your help". He was very confused why that internet user sent him a message like that. Finally, he decided to go home.
When he slept, he dreamed. In his dream there were a girl named Ann who told him that she was killed by her friend named Sara. Sara was jealous with Ann because Ann was very smart and polite so every body like her and think that she was a perfect girl, until Sara's boyfriend also like her. Unpredictable, Sara was an owner of that internet cafe. Ann was buried under the room number 6 in that internet cafe.
Suddenly, Adam woke up from his dream.
In the morning, Adam went to the internet cafe to investigate Ann's death. He met Emil who was the server and the Sara's assistance. Firstly, she just silent and seemed scared but finally She was guilty so, when internet cafe closed, she went to Adam's apartment to tell him  about Ann's death.
Finally and Emil reported that case to the police so Sara was arrested, then she screamed "Emil, I will vengeance with you" . After that Adam and Ann's family dig  Ann's grove and moved into the appropriate places.
A few days later, Ann sent a message to Adam again. She said, " Thank you, now I'm in peace." Adam felt happy because he had helped Ann.
